Hourly and Day rates
Please have a look at the rates below, hopefully you will find them clear and competitive.
All our rates are based on a sliding scale so the longer we are with you the less you will be paying as an hourly rate for our services, we are happy to combine jobs if you have several small projects that need doing and if your job needs more than one day which cannot be completed on consecutive days the rate still remains the whole day rate per hour thereafter

Other costs.
Materials
Where possible it is preferable for you to supply any other materials needed for the job, we can of course advise you as to the best quality and prices, small items such as screws fixings or fillers and the like may be included but other items which need to be purchased will be charged at cost plus 10%, Travel time for material collection is also charged at the hourly rate.
Emergency call out is £100 for the first hour and the hourly rate thereafter
Waste Disposal.
All waste disposal is the responsibility of the client, where possible we can arrange for skip hire but the client must pay for this prior to delivery direct with any skip hire company. smaller items of waste will be bagged up and left for the client to dispose of. If you need us to dispose of larger volumes of waste then we charge at the rate currently set by Hippo Waste details of which can be found on their website hippowaste.co.uk
Parking
Parking where charged will be at the rate charged to us with no additions and will be added to any final bill.
Specialist Tool Hire
We have an extensive array of tools to hand which come with the service but if we need a specialist piece of equipment for your job then the hire of this will be added to your final bill at the rate to us with no additions
What is included in the price
All quotations and estimates are free, as is any time spent on the initial site visit to discuss the work before start. We don’t charge for mileage or travel time except for the collection of materials for your job,
A Couple of Further points
We like to think our prices are fair and competitive , in our experience it is best to be up front and clear, nobody appreciates a nasty surprise.
Estimates are just that, estimate or a guide price, if a job is likely to take much longer than first thought you will of course be informed at the first opportunity. Quotations are fixed price, but if in the course of a quoted job further work needs to be done which is outside of the scope of the original quoation then this may be subject to further costs or a change to the quotation on agreement
It is very important that you provide full and clear details as to what work you want to be carried out including details like colours, positions of fixtures and fittings, access, special material choices, potential issues with dates and timescales amongst others, we will try to help with any potential problems at the very earliest stages so that all work can be carried out to your complete satisfaction
Payment
Larger jobs may be subject to a 25% deposit and or staged payments and final payment is due on completion either by cash, or credit transfer
